Your VA disability claim, organized and ready for you to file.
A case manager works with you one-on-one, from your first call through your VA decision. We help you get your records together, put your own account into words, and build a complete package. You check it, sign it and file it yourself.
We're a private company, not the VA, and not VA-accredited. Free help is available from veterans service organizations. No rating or result is promised.
The basics
A service-connected claim needs three things.
- 1
A current diagnosis. A doctor has named the condition.
- 2
Something in service. An injury, event or exposure during service.
- ?
A link between the two. Medical evidence that connects them. This is the piece most often missing.
General information from 38 CFR 3.303, not advice about any one claim.
How it works
One case manager, the same person the whole way. Every step happens by phone and text.
1. Gameplan call
About 75 minutes by phone. You talk through your service, your current ratings and decisions, and the conditions you believe are connected to your service. You get a written recap the next business day.
2. Records
We show you how to request your own records. You just text us pictures of them, and we go through them for what supports each issue and what's missing.
3. Written strategy
A plan for your claim, gone through with you on a call. You decide what to claim.
4. Your statements
We interview you and draft your personal statement only from your own words. You correct every line and sign only what's true. Witnesses write their own, with our guide.
5. File-ready package
Forms filled in from what you told us, your signed statements, an evidence index and a filing checklist, gone through on a call. You submit it yourself.
6. Exams and your decision
Prep and a debrief for each VA exam. When your decision comes, a written summary of it and your options, and a call.
What you do
- Request your own records
- Check and sign your own statements
- Ask your own doctor for any medical opinion
- Go to your VA exams
- File your own claim and make every decision
What we never do
- Promise or predict a rating, back pay or timeline
- Write medical opinions, nexus letters or DBQs, or tell you what symptoms to report
- Ask for your VA.gov, ID.me or Login.gov login
- File for you or contact the VA for you
- Take any part of your back pay
What it costs
One flat price. No interest, no fees, no late fees and no share of your back pay, ever.
Pay in full
$2,800
Card only
Nothing is charged until you sign the agreement. You can cancel within 3 business days after signing and get everything back. Before your gameplan call, you can always get everything back. After that, what you get back depends on how far your file has got.
If you file on an issue from your package within the set time and the VA's first decision doesn't give you a qualifying outcome, you can get everything back under the results refund. That's a refund, not a promise. No rating is promised.
Free help is a real option
Veterans service organizations, county veterans service officers and state veterans offices are accredited by the VA and help with claims from start to finish at no charge. Many veterans never need anything else.
Questions
Are you part of the VA?
No. We're a private company. We're not connected to the VA, any state veterans agency or any veterans service organization.
Are you VA-accredited?
No. We can't represent you before the VA, and you file your own claim. Accredited representatives, including free ones, can represent you.
Why pay when a VSO is free?
You don't have to. A VSO is a good choice for many veterans. Some people want one person working with them one-on-one on a set schedule. Either way, you can talk to a VSO first.
Will you tell me what rating I'll get?
No. Nobody can promise that. The VA alone decides. We help you organize your evidence and your own account so the VA has the full picture.
Do you write nexus letters or DBQs?
No, never. A medical opinion has to be your own doctor's independent judgment. We give you a plain service-history sheet you may share with your doctor if you want.
Do you need my VA.gov login?
No, and we'll never ask for it. You file your own claim on your own account.
What happens on the first call?
Before you buy anything, a short call to see if this fits you and answer your questions, including the price. If you decide to go ahead, you get the agreement to read and sign, and only then a payment page.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Within 3 business days after signing, you get everything back, no reason needed. After that, see our refund and cancellation policy.
